Headstand, handstand, forearm stand, shoulder stand.... My stomach turns upside down just by thinking about them. Is this a familiar feeling for you too? Getting outside your comfort zone can be scary but with practice and patience those boundaries will vanish.
In this class after warming up and strengthening different areas of our bodies we will explore different ways of getting into inversions, and some untraditional variations of them. The possibilities are endless!
