Emma Michael teaches this class. It is inspired by the vinyasa style of yoga in which we flow from one asana to the other in tune with the inhalation and exhalation of the breath. Emma teaches the class in such a way that each flow of movement is sequenced to prepare you for the next. Her classes are rooted in Hatha yoga and are deeply connected to conscious movement through dynamic, challenging, flowing movements as well as static poses, breath and intention. Emma pays attention to safe body alignment whilst building the practice into a dynamic flow.

Vinyasa Inspired Yoga is taught every Monday and Wednesday at 18:30 to 19:45.
