What is Actually Happening”
…To really notice, not as an idea, but in your direct experience, this is the foundation of everything Anastasia Andrea practices and shares.
From April to December, she will be holding a series of monthly in-person sessions, "Practice of Being Alive". This is a 9-month journey where we explore and experience a different way of being in everyday life.
We will meet once a month. Each session will be held twice: on a weekday and on a weekend, so you can choose what fits your schedule.
She has designed the program so that each session is complete on its own, so you can join at any point or attend non-consecutive sessions and still benefit. You will practice simple, practical ways to relate differently to your thoughts, emotions, and daily life in real time. Not learning mindfulness, but living it.
First Session: The Power of Noticing
Noticing sounds almost too simple to matter, but in reality, it changes everything. Most days, we go about without noticing the moments that make up the real substance of our lives.
In this session, Anastasia will invite you to explore how to start noticing what is actually happening and share how to do this so as to start feeling more alive and present in your life, the way it is, with all the joys, sorrows, troubles, and griefs.
Through simple practices, you’ll see how even brief moments of attention can:
- Bring you back from constant thinking
- Reduce automatic reactions
- And reconnect you with yourself
