Join us for a day full of nourishment, education and relaxation. Connect deeper to your pregnant body and answer questions that you may have about pregnancy and birth.

Start your day with a prenatal morning yoga practice to activate and ground your birthing body and prepare you for labour.

Yoga will be followed by an educational workshop designed to give you practical tools on how to, handle the intensity of labour, stay focused and surrender to what is happening during birth. Going deeper, in the third session you will learn about the importance of pelvic floor exercises and perineal massage in order to prevent tearing during labour and optimize your body’s recovery after birth. Get your questions around birth answered in a relaxed atmosphere during the lunch break whilst enjoying a delicious meal provided by the organisers.

After the lunch break come with your partner to experience a taster on how he can support you during labour and find ways to connect deeper to each other through the journey. In the afternoon session, learn practical advice on breastfeeding and newborn handling after delivery.
